Airbnb API publishing error 'Listing doesn't meet publishing requirements'

Sometimes, when a user is trying to publish a new property on the Airbnb API, they're met with the following message on the publishing page that prevents them from publishing the property on their site:

This typically happens when the user has accessibility amenities selected under the property accommodations and/or rooms, and either don't have photos tagged to them, or Airbnb doesn't like those photos. If you look at the sync actions for the property on the Airbnb API, you should see an error for the Listing Updated sync, and if you click into one of the errors, it's for photos and rooms, and gives the following error:

The easiest thing to do is to instruct the user to uncheck all accessibility amenities under the property's accommodations, as well as any rooms that have one of them marked. Once that's been done, have them give the Airbnb API some time to update and see if they can publish it. If it still can't be published, have them add 5 photos to the listing directly in Airbnb. When we reached out to Airbnb support, they said that if you upload 5 photos to the listing manually, the error should resolve itself, and then they can publish it. See this ticket as an example: https://desk.zoho.com/agent/ownerrez/ownerrez-inc/tickets/details/1019223000036555884

We also have this DPAF open for the issue: https://www.ownerrez.com/forums/dev-phone-friend/airbnb-photos-sync-fails-with-internal-error

If they had accessibility amenities checked, and they unchecked them so they could get the property published, you can tell them they can check those again after the property has been published. However, be sure to remind them that they need a photo uploaded and tagged to each accessibility amenity. There are specific things that Airbnb looks for in the photos, so you can send them this support doc from them that goes over what they look for in the photos for each amenity. If they don't do this, then the API will start to give an error: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1961
